These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the ‘Portal’) that Liceo Europeo makes available to Internet users.

Access to the web page is free of charge except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the users.
The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Portal service has a duration limited to the moment in which the User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time he/she intends to use the Portal, since the Portal and its conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice may undergo modifications.

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
3.1 Data processing.
The data collected through the data collection forms of the Portal will be processed by Liceo Europeo in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
The data collected by Liceo Europeo will be used for the following purposes:
– For the execution of the work proper as a teaching center.
We process your personal data in the exercise of the teaching function in the social, academic, guidance, and sports fields).
For the development and maintenance of the legal relationship contracted in the contracting of school services and extracurricular activities.
For the management, control and processing of payment of grants and scholarships.
For the promotion and development of activities organized or promoted directly or indirectly by Liceo Europeo.
– For the maintenance of the relationship with our suppliers.
We process the data of our suppliers, whether they are natural persons or legal entities, for example, in the relationship with suppliers of supplies.
– For the fulfillment of the labor or contractual relationship.
We process the personal data of our employees and collaborators in order to comply with the labor, contractual or pre-contractual relations maintained with Liceo Europeo.
– For selection processes.
We process the personal data of all job candidates in order to manage their participation in the personnel selection processes carried out by Liceo Europeo.
Only data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed will be processed. The data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes of processing.
3.2. Legitimation.
The legitimacy of the processing is based on the execution of a contract for the provision of services or in compliance with a legal obligation, in accordance with Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education, Organic Law 8/1985, of July 3, regulating the Right to Education, Organic Law 8/2013, of December 9, for the improvement of educational quality, Royal Decree-Law 5/2016, of December 9, on urgent measures for the extension of the implementation schedule of Organic Law 8/2013, of December 9, for the improvement of educational quality, Organic Law 5/2002, of June 19, on Qualifications and Vocational Training.
3.3. Sending of curricula.
The resumes and job applications received through the forms, e-mail addresses or links on this page will be processed by Liceo Europeo in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and may be used in the recruitment processes of Liceo Europeo.
3.4. Communication of data.
As indicated in the basic information, data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. In those cases in which it is necessary, the data of the interested parties may be transferred as stated above, and to the bodies authorized to obtain them: Educational Administration, Tax Authorities, Courts, or any other by law or administrative order.
3.5. Rights of the interested parties.
The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Liceo Europeo is processing personal data concerning him/her.
Users have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, users may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. In that case Liceo Europeo will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
In order to exercise their rights, the owner of the data must send an e-mail to dpd@liceo-europeo.com, specifying their request, which must contain the following information: name and surname of the user, address for notification purposes, copy of the National Identity Card or Passport, and the request in which the request is specified. In the case of representation, this must be proven by means of a reliable document.
3.6. Adoption of security measures.
Data processing ensures adequate data security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, through the implementation of appropriate technical or organizational measures.
3.7. Personal data of minors.
Liceo Europeo considers that children deserve specific protection of their personal data, as they may be less aware of the risks, consequences, safeguards and rights concerning the processing of personal data. Such specific protection should apply in particular to the use of children’s personal data for marketing, personality or user profiling purposes, and to the collection of personal data relating to children when using services offered directly to a child. Liceo Europeo complies with the Convention of November 20, 1989 on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, and the Organic Law 1/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors, approved by the Spanish Parliament, as well as similar legislation enacted in other countries to protect minors.
4. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL.
4.1 General
The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Liceo Europeo or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.
4.2 Contents
The User agrees to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable.
By way of example, the User, in accordance with current legislation, shall refrain from:
– Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by Liceo Europeo or by whoever holds the ownership of the exploitation rights in its case.
– Reproduce or copy for private use the Contents that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with the current legislation on intellectual property, as well as its public communication or making it available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply the reproduction by the User or a third party.
– Extract or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Portal, as well as the databases that Liceo Europeo makes available to the Users.
– Use the contents and in particular the information obtained through the website to send advertising, send messages for commercial purposes, or to collect or store personal data of third parties.
4.3 Data Collection Forms
All the information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the above or any other purposes must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information provided to Liceo Europeo perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to Liceo Europeo or third parties for the information provided.
4.4 Introduction of links to the Portal
The Internet user who wants to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below without the ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:
The link will only connect to the Portal’s home page or main page, but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of the texts, graphics, etc.).
It shall be prohibited in any case, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any time, to establish frames or frames of any kind that surround the Portal or allow the display of the Contents through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal and, in any case, when they are displayed together with content outside the Portal in such a way that: (I) produces, or may produce, error, confusion or deception in the users about the true origin of the service or Contents; (II) involves an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (III) serves to take advantage of the reputation of the brand and prestige of Liceo Europeo; or (IV) in any other way is prohibited by the legislation in force.
The page that introduces the link shall not make any false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about Liceo Europeo, its partners, employees, clients or about the quality of the services it provides.
In no case, it shall be expressed in the page where the link is located that Liceo Europeo has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.
The use of any word, graphic or mixed trademark or any other distinctive sign of Liceo Europeo within the page of the sender is prohibited except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by Liceo Europeo and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Portal is allowed in the manner established in this clause.
The page that establishes the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not in any case provide or link to its own or third party content that: (I) are illegal, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.; (II) induce or may induce in the User the false conception that Liceo Europeo subscribes to, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports the ideas, statements or expressions, legal or illegal, of the sender; (III) are inappropriate or not pertinent to the activity of Liceo Europeo in view of the place, contents and subject matter of the sender’s web page.
5. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY.
5.1 Information
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Liceo Europeo to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through the Portal.
Liceo Europeo shall not be liable for the decisions taken based on the information provided in the Portal nor for the damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained in the Portal.
5.2 Availability of the Service
Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to Liceo Europeo. Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.
5.3 Of the contents and services linked through the Portal
The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, ‘Linked Sites’). In these cases, Liceo Europeo acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided in the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, he/she may inform Liceo Europeo, without in any case this communication entails the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case, the existence of Linked Sites shall presuppose the existence of agreements with the responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Liceo Europeo with the statements, contents or services provided.
Liceo Europeo does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for the damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, lack of updating, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents or services of the Linked Sites or for any other damage not directly attributable to Liceo Europeo.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
All the contents of the Portal, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound contents, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the ‘Contents’), are intellectual property of Liceo Europeo or third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property on them may be understood as assigned to the User, except those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Portal.
The trademarks, commercial names or distinctive signs are owned by Liceo Europeo or third parties, and access to the Portal shall not be construed as granting any right over the aforementioned trademarks, commercial names or distinctive signs.
