3.1. Data processing.

The data collected through the data collection forms of the Portal shall be processed by Liceo Europeo in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

The data collected by Liceo Europeo shall be used for the following purposes:

- For the performance of work typically related to a teaching centre.

We process your personal data in the exercise of the teaching role in the social, academic, guidance, and sports fields).

For the development and maintenance of the legal relationship contracted in the hiring of school services and extracurricular activities.

For the management, control and processing of payment of grants and scholarships

For the promotion and development of activities organised or promoted directly or indirectly by Liceo Europeo.

We process the personal data of our employees and partners in order to comply with the employment, contractual or pre-contractual relations maintained with Liceo Europeo.

We process the personal data of all job candidates in order to manage their participation in the recruitment processes carried out by Liceo Europeo.

3.2. Entitlement.

The entitlement for processing is based on the execution of a contract for the provision of services or the fulfilment of a legal obligation, in accordance with Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, of Education, Organic Law 8/1985, of 3 July, regulating the Right to Education, Organic Law 8/2013, of 9 December, for the improvement of the quality of education, Royal Decree-law 5/2016, of December 9, on urgent measures for an extended schedule for the implementation of Organic Law 8/2013, of 9 December, for the improvement of the quality of education, Organic Law 5/2002 of June 19, on Qualifications and Vocational Training.

3.3. Sending curricula.

Curricula vitae and job applications received through the forms, email addresses or links on this web page shall be processed by Liceo Europeo in accordance with the provisions of the preceding section, and may be used in Liceo Europeo's recruitment processes.

3.4. Data communication.

As stated in the basic information no data shall be transferred to other third parties except where subject to legal obligation. In those cases in which it is necessary, data of the data subjects may be transferred as explained, to those organisations entitled to obtain them: Education Authorities, Tax Authorities, Courts, or any other by law or administrative order.

3.5. Rights of the Data Subjects.

The User is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Liceo Europeo is processing personal data concerning them.

Users are entitled to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances, users may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we shall keep them solely for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case Liceo Europeo shall stop processing the data, except for compelling lawful reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

To exercise their rights the data holder must send an email to dpd@liceo-europeo.com, specifying such request, which must contain the following data: name and surname of the user, address for notice, copy of the National Identity Card or Passport, and petition in which the request is specified. In the case of representation, this must be proven by reliable documentary evidence.

3.6. Adoption of security measures.

The processing of data guarantees the adequate security thereof, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against their loss, destruction or accidental damage, through the application of appropriate technical or organisational measures.

3.7. Personal data of minors.

Liceo Europeo considers that children deserve specific protection of their personal data, as they may be less aware of the risks, consequences, guarantees and rights concerning the processing of personal data. That specific protection should apply in particular to the use of personal data of children for marketing or personality or user profiling purposes, and to the collection of personal data relating to children when services offered directly to a child are used. Liceo Europeo complies with the Convention of 20 November 1989 on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, and Organic Law 1/1996 of 15 January on the Legal Protection of Minors, approved by the Spanish Parliament, as well as similar legislation enacted in other countries to protect minors.

4. TERMS OF USE OF THE PORTAL.

4.1 General terms

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Liceo Europeo or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of breach of this obligation.

4.2 Contents

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may apply.

By way of example, the User in accordance with current legislation must refrain from the following:

- Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by Liceo Europeo or by the holder of the ownership of the exploitation rights where appropriate.

4.3 Data collection forms

All the information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the above purposes or any other must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and shall keep the information provided to Liceo Europeo perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the User's real situation. 5.1 Information

Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of Liceo Europeo to verify the veracity, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it.

5.2 Availability of the Service

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks for whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation Liceo Europeo is not liable. The trademarks, trade names or distinguishing marks are owned by Liceo Europeo or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Portal confers any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names or distinguishing marks.
