What methodology does Liceo Europeo apply?
Liceo Europeo applies an active and personalized methodology that combines the values of the Institución Libre de Enseñanza, the competencies recommended by the European Union and the philosophy of the International Baccalaureate (IB). This approach encourages students not only to acquire knowledge, but also to develop skills such as critical thinking, creativity and autonomy. Transdisciplinary and experiential learning is introduced from the earliest stages of education through hands-on projects, laboratory research and activities that connect academic concepts with real-life situations. This methodology not only seeks academic excellence, but also the formation of responsible citizens prepared for a world in constant evolution.
Since the arrival of its current management team in 1982, Liceo Europeo has offered an educational proposal that combines tradition and innovation. This balance allows it to constantly evolve to adapt to social, technological and educational changes, always remaining at the forefront. Being a family-run school for decades offers stability and a long-term vision. In addition, Liceo Europeo has been a pioneer in introducing international programs such as IB and innovative methodologies, standing out for offering a comprehensive education that encompasses the academic, emotional and social development of students.
